2 s/b minyak sapi

bahan tumbuk
6 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
Rempah tumis
1 ici kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 kuntum bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
Bahan rempah [ goreng kering dan mesin halus]
1 s/t jintah putih
1 s/k ketumbar
1 s/k lada sulah
1 s/k lada hitam
bahan hiasan [mayang]
3 tangkai daun sup
2 tangkai daun bawang
Garam
Bawang goreng
Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dan minyak sapi dan masukkan bahan tumbuk sehingga wangi dan garing.
2. Masukkan rempah tumis, bahan rempah dan daging. Biarkan sehingga naik minyak.
3. Masukkan beras, serai dan air. Biarkan sehingga beras hancur dan daging lembut.
4. Bila dah beras nampak pecah, masukkan santan dan rasakan garam.
5. Bila sudah masak, hidangkan dengan bahan hiasan

Tahun ini tahun ketiga iman sambut bulan mulia ni...tahun pertama mama memang banyak ambik air masa sahur..iman fully breastfed... tahun kedua pun camtu.. tapi dah makan bubur..so takdela mama risau sangat.. tahun ni mama dah macam tahun-tahun lain... imanda makan macam2 walaupunmasih bergayut dgn mama!!

But unlike the normal train service, this was special as all passengers were students of Sekolah Menengah Teknik Selangor in Sungai Buloh.
They were accompanied by teachers, school support staff and representatives from the parent-teacher association and the school’s alumni.
And they were not going anywhere in particular. It was a day trip from here to Ipoh and back. They even had lessons on board the train.
The students had Bahasa Malaysia and Islamic or Moral lessons in the morning and on their return trip, it was History.
The "Ekspres Emas Kembara Merdeka" programme was an initiative by the school in conjunction with the nation’s 50th Merdeka celebrations.
"This is a unique effort by the school. I am sure nobody has done it before," said its headmaster Mohd Ghazaly Haroun.
"I wanted to take them on a study trip and the idea came spontaneously."
The school is now looking to get this feat listed in the Malaysia Book of Records for the most number of passengers on a train.
They are also hoping to get a mention in the record books for being the first school to conduct lessons on a train.
"This is a historical event as we have never taken an entire school on a train ride before," said Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd Intercity Strategic Business Unit general manager Sarbini Tijan.
He added that such a programme would probably be an annual event as they had sent letters to all schools including those in Sabah and Sarawak. |

better late than never...
we brought Iman to TGV for her first movie@theater...it was an unplanned outing ..for that i had to get her a sweater and a shawl for me.. mama taktahan kesejukan gak,,,iman xcited sungguh!! her wide eyes were glued to the big screen..while her fingers were sticked to the caremel pop corn..munching and so 'aroused'... lama sungguh trailer..sampai iman tertanya2..mana rattatouille mama....she can excellently pronounce it...sampai akhir cita iman tak tido pun.. though the show was the at 9 and ended at aboout 11.30...tapi tgh2.. tu adala fewe commercial breaks... "mama.. nak minum susu"..nasib baik gelap!!  ...she was entertained to the max i could say... sampai bole narrate bout the story kat tok n wan la...okay..nanti kita tgk cita laik pulak...

Kak Acha syok sangat dapat adik baru. Dia yang paling banggga sekali kat hospital bila dapat tengok baby Zara. Kata dia dia nak jaga baby Zara . Bila Aunty Chek Ah tanya Iman macam mana pulak? Masih sayang ka? Selamba dia kata dua dua dia sayang. Tapi Iman suka gigit dia. Ha ha ha.
Ha ha ha ! Bila Aunty first time dpt tengok baby Zara, rasanya macam muka kakAcha sikitlah. Cuma kat mulut ja lain. Bibir baby Zara sexy lg. He he he.
Sebenarnya dah masuk 2 hari Aunty ngan Uncle Zaly tak dapat pi tengok baby Zara. Sibuk sangat niaga. Maklumlah Aunty tak kerja. Jadi nak raya ni kena la business sikit. Dapat jugak duit raya. Rindu sangat kat baby Zara. Nanti Aunty senang Aunty gi tengok ya ! Nasib baik ada mama Iman ... Dapat jugak tengok muka baby Zara. Tqs mama Iman !
esok susah mama nak carik bakal menantu ni...
